We are a company, experienced in the building of homes for Europeans seeking to invest, retire, or live some of their time in the Greek Mediterranean. We do not build on a large scale with many projects concurrently. We want only to be able to offer an acceptably wide range of options to the prospective buyer, whatever their budget. We do not have fancy offices but we do offer security and cater for the individual, preferring to sell directly to the client without burdening the client with huge overhead costs and exorbitant agent’s fees. Also, clients buying off plan, besides having more choice concerning the fittings and other details of their property, are truly allowed to enjoy substantial discounts. Our staff in Crete and abroad are trained to give a very personal and comprehensive service to the purchaser.
